Terms and Conditions for my retreats

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:-

We recommend you take out travel insurance for your visit.

All activities are optional, and subject to weather – where possible we will rearrange activities or amend the schedule accordingly.
The retreats will go ahead if 12 places are filled of the 18 places available. Should 12 places not be filled within 21 days of the retreat, we reserve the right to cancel the retreat and refund all attendees in full for their booking with us.

BOOKINGS MADE WITH A DEPOSIT

For bookings made with a deposit, the remaining balance will be automatically charged 28 days after the deposit is paid. In the event of a failed charge on the remaining balance, please get in touch with the team. If you are unable to pay the remaining balance and haven’t had an alternative payment plan confirmed by the team in writing, unfortunately you will lose your place and forfeit your deposit. Your place will be offered for resale.

Deposits for our retreats are facilitated by Side Panda. After successfully making your initial deposit payment you will receive an email from Side Panda confirming your successful payment and the date on which your card will automatically be debited for the remaining balance.

REFUNDS:-

Hopefully you will not need to cancel your retreat, however if you do, here are the Terms and Conditions which apply to this booking. Please read them carefully and get in touch if anything is unclear before you book your place.

1. We will offer you a 100% refund up to 8 weeks before the retreat is due to run.
2. We will offer a 50% refund on the remaining balance up to 4 weeks before the retreat is due to run.
3. Anything less than 21 days before the retreat start date, we will not be able to offer a refund unless you are able to fill your space yourself (see below).
4. We can offer a full refund minus a £50 admin charge if we can fill your space. We will refund you upon receipt of payment from the replacement booking.
5. If you are able to fill the space yourself, we can offer a full refund with no charge, once I am in receipt of the full payment from your replacement booking.
6. In the event of a government lock down you will be entitled to a FREE transfer to another event for a period of 12 months.
