With my 20+ years of teaching all ages, neurotypes and abilities all over the world, as well as being a bestselling author of two books so far (one which went to Number 7 in the US Amazon chart), I’m here to do just that.

Write Your Book in a Year (2024)
On the ‘Write Your Book in a Year’ course I’ll take you from where you are now, right up to completing your book by December 2024*. I’ll be by your side throughout, providing 1:1 advice and feedback, group writing workshops, classes teaching writing technique and book structure, and much more.
You won’t be alone, and I believe you can do it. I can’t wait to see what you create, and what brilliance you’re going to put into the world. There’s room for more perspectives, and there’s no reason that your unique creativity shouldn’t be out there too.
Course Structure
Monthly Expertise & Discussion Calls
Group sessions will cover topics such as:
- Refining your subject matter and choosing ‘right idea’
- How to begin (Openings!)
- How to structure your story: plotting and planning
- Narrative voice and POV
- How to bring characters to life
- Writing techniques you had forgotten you knew (or just haven’t met yet)
Monthly Coworking Calls
Writing sessions together, online. Be accountable and take time to write and create, silently, and productively in the company of your new writing crew.
Bi-Annual Feedback Points
Submit 3,000 words at three points within the year for detailed, written feedback from me.
A Bank of Online Materials for You
Online materials such as planning spreadsheets, tutorials and teaching materials will be provided, guiding you through the process from chapter outlines to descriptive vocabulary prompts and character arcs.
