You deserve to feel wild, bold and free. Are you ready to join us?

Do you dream of adventure? Do you feel the pull of sandy feet and warm wind in your hair? Lifted by the laughter of new friends, and safe in the knowledge that you belong?

Perhaps you feel the urge to explore the side of yourself that feels frustrated by your laptop and daily routine. I know there’s more in you to show the world, and most importantly to show yourself.

It’s time to start leaning into your adventurous side.

I think you probably know what I’m talking about. Connection, the great outdoors and the full-throated joy of being playfully wild.  The Cornish Adventure Retreat has it all and more.

Our signature retreats take place here in my home county of Cornwall, in one of our carefully selected and special locations near the sparkling sea. Amidst green fields and rolling coastline we’ll sea-dip, hike, chat, laugh and share our heart’s desires together around campfires. I’ll answer all your hiking and adventure questions, talk you through my favourite kit and give you all the confidence you need to plan your own trips. You’ll enjoy Yin and Yoga Nidra, find space, learn more about yourself, and make some fantastic new friends – perhaps even future adventure buddies!

“I came on my own and connected with a group full of amazing, inspiring, wonderful women. From the delicious food, to the fun, relaxing and informative activities, everything was so nourishing and full of connection and authenticity. Such a wonderful experience and I would be back again in a heartbeat”

If you seek the feeling of freedom and confidence, of leaning into the green and blue spaces that heal us whilst meeting interesting faces in brand new places, then I’m right here, waiting to welcome you.

Come alone and make new friends, or come with a friend and leave with more; the Unlost Retreats are a hub for connection, community and joy.

“This is my third retreat with Gail and they just get better! She has created such an incredible unique experience and safe place, where I’ve gained so much confidence and made lifelong friends.”

“I think this has been one of the best activity weekends I have been on ever! Fun, friendly, interesting, active and thoroughly replenished my soul. The food was exceptional, the women phenomenal, and the balance of activities perfect. I feel I am going home a much richer person, a little more peaceful, and definitely more nourished on all levels. Thank you.”

Our Venue

Our venue is the lovely Tregedna Barns . It’s part of a working farm set in rolling green fields up a private track, connected by Cornish footpaths through meadows and trees to the coastline and beautiful beaches. You’ll arrive for a welcome on Friday early evening, and depart having made new friends and had a ball on Monday morning.

Please note that our accommodation is shared but very comfortable. Sleeping arrangements are in very comfy, good sized bunks. Room occupancy varies from 2 bunks up to 6 or 8 bunks.  If you are attending with a friend or two then please let us know, and we’ll endeavour to ensure you are in your own room together if we can accommodate.

HOW TO GET THERE

By Car: See map location above

Train: Come into Truro on the mainline into Cornwall and change at Truro for the Falmouth branch line to Penmere Station. You’ll then be about 1.5 miles from our venue.

Taxi: Let us know and we’ll recommend our favourite local firms.

Car share: We try our best to help people coordinate lifts on our private group chat beforehand!

Our Food

Our chefs (and dear friends) Jasmine and Lynney keep us fuelled with nourishing, hearty home-cooked food prepared with love throughout the weekend. It is honestly hard to overstate how delicious and mouth-watering their cooking is!

“Beautiful people, place, energy and food. OMG the food!”

Your Itinerary

I’ll be excitedly waiting to meet you at Tregedna on Friday afternoon. You’ll have an incredible weekend of making new friends and doing seriously ace stuff, and then depart late morning on Monday.

A more detailed itinerary of the day’s activities will follow, but here’s a taster of what you can expect:

  • Uplifting and inspiring adventure talks
  • Guided hikes to beautiful Cornish beaches
  • Cold water dips, (not compulsory, but very addictive!)
  • Yoga
  • Movement and mobility workshops
  • Coaching
  • Campfire and meaningful rituals

…and of course, nourishing meals taken together.

There will also be adventure-gear chats by me! I’ll take you through all of my favourite kit to help you plan your own trips, as well as the chance to look at your mobility with a personal trainer: taking away tips to build your fitness for your future adventures. And don’t forget the book readings, outdoor adventure skills and more to be revealed! There will always be the chance to take down time when you need it too. The perfect mix for an excellent weekend.
