More ABout ME

I’m Gail Muller, an adventurer and educator with a passion for exploration and the outdoors. Despite a prognosis that I’d be in a wheelchair by 40 due to chronic pain, I never gave up hope. I sought solutions worldwide and eventually found healing in the mountains and lakes of Italy.

My journey through 15 years of chronic illness has taught me grit, determination and confidence. Today, I balance my life between education, adventure, and helping others navigate their challenges with hope and confidence.
